• Matt Miller (#4) (5/31/2016)I find it interesting that the editorial mentioned that no one specifically recognized bias in their conduct, but somehow we are to accept blindly that bias was the root cause why a bad hire decision was made. It's certainly one possibility, but not the only one, so jumping to the conclusion that it HAS to be bias is not the right answer.

    People who reject because of bias never/rarely point to their bias as their reason for their conduct. Here however no one presented ANY reason. So we have to assume bias was the reason.
