Hi,
there is one phrase I don't understand in this article:
http://www.sqlskills.com/blogs/kimberly/ever-increasing-clustering-key-the-clustered-index-debate-again/
What does this mean?
If the clustering key is used as the lookup key from all non-clustered indexes
Lookup key for non-clustered index?
Thanks,
Ryszard
