I've started to get in the habit of shutting off email and computer time on the weekends, just to get away from work, but also let them know I'm not always on. Same for vacations, I may look at email if it's more than 3-4 days, but I don't respond.It's hard for them and me, but I have found most managers deal with it, even if they don't like it.
Touche, sir. I'll have to append my previous post that it'll be a nice break from weather and work. 😛 I'll have a laptop with me, but it'll be in the hotel room.
