SQL server reporting services are there under sql server configuration manager and running ...

We have installed SSRS on 2 web servers and configured reporting services configuration manager.

1. On one web server everything is working fine till date without any issues

2. On second web server lot of issues with the connectivity so finally decided to uninstall and installed again.

3. Now i am unable to see the reporting services configuration manager (start-->all programs-->sql server 2012-->configuration tools--> here no reporting service configuration manager)
