Data Flow Task failure - The buffer manager failed to create a new buffer type??

  I am getting data flow task errors, and I have no idea what they are (I've googled for couple of hrs now).

  CSV file into SQL. It was working fine for a while before this issue:

  [DTS.Pipeline] Error: Buffer Type 1 had a size of 0 bytes.

  [DTS.Pipeline] Error: The buffer manager failed to create a new buffer type.

  [DTS.Pipeline] Error: The Data Flow task cannot register a buffer type. The type had 94 columns and was for execution tree 0.

  Any ideas what these errors are pointing to? Thanks.
