    It's only obvious if you know the system stored procedures. I didn't even know that existed so I had to check. The other options appear valid until you rule them out. Yes, after that it's the obvious choice, but up to that point I had no idea 🙂

    It internally calls the procedure : "sp_refreshsqlmodule_internal"

    Am I the only dummy that doesn't look stuff up before answering? I have been going about this all wrong trying to "test" myself! 😀 I assumed the obvious answer was too obvious so I guessed wrong.

    No, he can't be - the real dummies don't bother with QotD. They create meaningless non-question threads in various SQLSCentral forums.

    But maybe some people who don't look things up when they don't know them adopt that policy when writing code as well as when answering questions for fun? :hehe:

    And 75% right answers (it's reached that on this question) is rather a high proportion for QotD 😉 Even the 74% you mentioned earlier is unusual.

    Most of the time, the simplest answer is the right one.
