I have Static IP, my server configured with dynamic IP 192.168.1.4 and in the router it is configured the Static IP and it is redirect to the dynamic IP, now i need to remote the SQL Server to connect from another network. also when i try to connect to my instance by the Static IP it is not connect :

Static IP\MSSQLSERVER2014 ( Not Connected )
