• I store all my SSIS packages in a local folder on each server (I do not deploy them to the package store)...so I can set them up in the Agent Jobs to point to the filesystem.

    I have a process that then keeps the local folders in sync between the PRODUCTION and DR servers.

    I created SSIS package that copies up the PRODUCTION SSIS jobs to the DR Server, daily, leaving them "disabled" at the DR location.

    You only need to enable them when using the DR location
