Hey everyone. So I took a practice exam demo and one of the questions was about a system table, I think it was sys.dm_tran_active_transactions. I was surprised to find this in the practice exam, as the 70-461 toolkit doesn't cover system tables in any depth, just mentions them in passing. Can anyone tell me if these are a major part of the certification exam, or should I not bother spending time on them?Thanks for any help you can offer!

You should expect some "overhead" with regards to alot of areas that the books doesn't cover in depth, most of the time you're pointed to books-online for more in depth analysis. I wouldn't classify the above as a "major" part, but that doesn't mean that you might not get questions with regards to the mentioned area.
