I am looking for the solution in the MDX Construct.I don't want to restrict null at the time of cube processing.

Well if you could provide what you have so far then maybe it would be a bit easier for others to help you. Why not try learning about the following four functions in MDX: NON EMPTY, NONEMPTY, EXISTING, EXISTS.
