Move your mouse to the lower left corner of the window and you'll see an icon. Or, go to the lower or upper right corners and you'll get a charms bar with the same icon in the center. You can also use the Windows key on a keyboard that has one. Click on that. It will show you your programs. You can then just type 'sql' which should bring up SSMS and all the other possible SQL Server apps that are installed. If that doesn't bring up an apps, then they're not installed on that machine.
