if the Subscriber (with the missing data) is now active and receiving new inserted data ok, then you can manually insert the missing data from the Publisher database without breaking replication. However, if you could take an outage at that Subscriber and your replicated dataset is not too large then I would recommend you re-initialize and resnapshot the data just to that Subscriber.
