I solved my problem, but my troubleshoot is very funny. I downgraded VS 2013 to VS 2010, and voila using font Free3Of9; it solved my issue. Anyway, thanks for help!!!:-D

For those who are looking ahead for barcode printing,

there is another work around, just download Free3Of9 font and install it on machine. In SSRS, change your barcode expression as ="*"+Fields!BARCODE.Value+"*"

where Fields!BARCODE.Value is value you want to provide to barcode.

set font for above textbox as Free3Of9. I am able to scan barcode printed using above technique with font size 18pt also.
