So pretty much we're stuck with either Script Task or Derived Columns?
I'm not sure how a script task would help you here.
I think you may mean a script component.
Within SSIS, that is probably true.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
