• Having just going through the nomcom process, I thought it seemed pretty fair. There's an assumption of knowledge about the inner workings of the board that maybe shouldn't be there. This focus on the portfolios, like all of us out in the community think of things like that ALL THE TIME, gets more than a little off putting. But, it's coming from people who have been focused on the portfolios, pretty much all the time. So, I understand it. The ranking is fine. That didn't bother me, heck, I would have assumed that's where I would rank. What did bother me was a lot of the communication that took place during the process. Much of it was inadequate (for example, I never received notification of how to call in for my interview, someone had to tweet me to ask where I was), some of it was insulting. That's something I'll report on to the board separately. But overall, I think they did a good job. You guys should be happy with that aspect of it.
