In my case we have 30+ instances spread across different servers. Then each instance has 75+ databases. So our production DBA team would have to make sure that QA does all the testing and then 2-5 instances work off of a master instance's SQL agent.

It will take forever to plan and institute it. And our application touts a 97% uptime as part of the sales package.
