Hi Experts,How can we check whether all users in Always On primary is there in Secondary with all the access?

Not entirely sure what it is you mean, but if you have setup an AlwaysOn secondary this is initialised from the primary. Since database permissions move with the database there shouldn't be any concerns. You will of course have to copy across the actual SQL Server logins that map to the database users.
