select database >task> export....select source DB>select target ...>select table ..
Had this problem few times in the passed when I needed a dataset from SQL Server in a local Access DB.
If I exported from SQL Server it was normally 10 times slower than creating an Access DB, opening it and import the data from SQL Server.
