I've pulled my SharePoint calendars into Outlook, but that's about it. I toyed around once with pulling calendar data out of the SharePoint database so I could convert it into another format, like an iCAL file or similar in SQL, but I just never got very far. Might be worth trying since all the data in your calendars should be in the SharePoint database somewhere.
