David, it's not an option, just a condition that gets defined (or not I guess) when we set up servers to be secure. The goal was to get you thinking about what that configuration might look like and how that would affect conditions for the question. The question itself was meant to be more than "do you know the answer" by design. If you take a look at the earlier comments you'll see some differing views on the good/bad of that.
