  I realize this may not be the right place to post a question about VS 2013 but I'm hopeful someone can help. I want to set up web form security (.NET) in Visual Studio 2013 like I used to do back in the day with an older version of VS. I'm an occasional .NET programmer only (usually I'm a DBA). VS 2013 dropped support for this through the interface but you can still get to it at the command line.

  I'm able to get to the site but it immediately times out. Here's a screenshot:

  Does anyone know what I should check?
