I really could use some guidance on this issue.
Background....
Windows somehow got corrupted and wouldn't come back up. We did a bare metal re-install of Windows and then re-installed SQL 2012. Once we restore all pertinent folders that SQL sits upon all databases were back up and running. The issue I had was that my credentials I had created previously no longer worked and naturally that effected all of my proxy accounts. This was fixed by doing a "FORCE REGENERATE" of the keys in the Master database. Now the only underlying issues is I can't deploy packages to the SSIS Catalog with out getting the error 15581.
I really could use some help!!

That will just force a regeneration of objects protected by the service master key. Have you created a database master key in master yet?

Thanks for the response I went ahead just did a re-install and created all objects again.
