I Want help for send sms

I want user saved parametrs for send

Example:

Save information you with FieldName on system

this text save in table and me should process text and select data of table orginal

example:

if data user = Save information you with Id on system

I want :

declare @a nvarchar(50)

select @a=id from tablename

and send a sms with format:

Save information you with 25 on system
