Hi all,
to tune queries from a third party app, I've auto-created a lot of recompile plan guides from an automated plan cache analysis.
The third party app uses optimize for unknown for every query, so I get a lot of bad plans.
Is there any chance to get the queries, query_stats, plans that have been executed with those plan guides (sql trace, xe, whatever)?
I know that a lot of the plan guides work very well, but some not.
How can I find the queries that have been executed with plan guides and have a certain statistics io footprint?
