I have a service which has a dedicated SQL instance, but we have just come across an collation issue, which has resulted in us rebuilding the SQL instance.
The service has 100+ SSIS packages loaded in the ssis Store. I backed MSDB, detatched all the databases and rebuilt the instance.
My Question is, once i have restore the backup of MSDB to MSDB_OLD.. what is the best way to get the SSIS packages out of the old database and into the new?
I know much of the informatio is in dbo.sysssispackages. Can we just do a select into?
