Looking for a tool (s) that would help in documenting SQL Server databases and objects along with their relations to applications. Trying to help developer's gone wild. Looking for something comprehensive to link object definitions (tables, columns, sp's) to applications. Hope to help better link when requests for data come from users, and when a developer wants to make a change to an application that we get a better hold on the implications of these changes (we are involved in a lot of integration work including tons of SSIS and BizTalk). Any products or ideas appreciated.
