Wow, so glad I posted here! Thank you for taking time out to help me! It's very appreciated. Yes, the idea behind bringing me on is to mentor me. I'm just nervous that my chemistry won't meld. I've been meeting off & on with the Manager for almost 2 months. It's hard knowing that I've done some high level processes but can't really speak to them as it was a position I had over 3 years ago.
