log shipping, Replication,Mirroring which one is better for High avaliability? and in now a days companies which one prefer? plz give reply....

it depends on the SLA for "high available".
Of course, mirroring can be configured to be synchronous, but is depricated for future versions, because Always On is the "new" kid in town.

Replication isn't really high availability and is probably the most complicated to maintain.

Depends on the requirements and constraints. There's no one that's best always.
