Dear Experts:
I am new in using tuning advisor. I have created tuning trace file, after finishing, there were some recommendations and improve performance by 13% as attached.
There were some PKs and clustered index
But , when I opened the database I found the same PKs exists and the clustered index too. moreover all the statistics are exists.
the question is , what should I do exactly by the recommendations?
any help, thanks lot

Why did you use tuning advisor ... did you experience any perfoemance issue with your code/query ?
Post that Query along with table defintion and execution plan

I just want to detect performance on overall database, to see if any recommendations are exist to apply it and increase db performance.
any idea
