I would like to know if anyone has come across or used Delphix virtualised tool?

Delphix is Oracle based even though it supports MS SQL now i would still be cautious. Red-gate had a similar product which has gone into retirement SQL Virtual Restore. It did the job but in my experience was slower that an actual restore, so the space saving was offset by the time it takes to get the database on line.

I haven't used it, but based on TST1's answer you might want to look into Idera's SQL Virtual Database.

Full disclosure - I work for Delphix and would be happy to show anyone how it works.
Delphix is not "Oracle based" but Oracle was the first RDBMS we supported. MSSQL is also now supported and other databases are on the way.
Delphix works off an initial full backup of a source database which is kept in sync incrementally forever after the initial copy is created. Virtual databases deploy usually in less than 5 minutes no matter how big they are. You can fit dozens of VDB's in the storage footprint of a single physical database.
I have been a DBA (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, DB2 and Informix) for over 20 years and would highly recommend you consider Delphix if you are looking at virtualization.

Does anyone know if Delphix can be used for DBCC CHECKDB ?

In short yes you can.
Delphix creates virtual copies of a source databases. You can run DBCC CHECKDB as either a post provisioning step as part of the VDB workflow or you can run it directly against the database after it is provisioned using SqlServer Management Studio.
