I had Implemented Mirroring and Log shipping but server team Exact utilization of network bandwidth.
Log shipping can scheduled on time but Mirroring is on fly.Is there any way calculate network bandwidth. ??

Not really that I am aware of. You may need to write some t-sql queries to help determine this. You may want to start here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms173571.aspx

System monitor in Windows could help. I don't know what version of Windows you are running. I would set up some logging of network traffic with sysmon on both Windows servers. Some versions are called Resource Monitor. It could monitor bandwidth usages and you could do comparisons.
Cacti is a free program that monitors network traffic on your network.
