While installing 2005 server am getting below error?Please let me know any one solutionHow to solve?
Name: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition (SQLEXPRESS)
Allowed Action: Maintain (Action is only available from Add or Remove Programs)
Reason: Cannot maintain product, to maintain the product go to Add or Remove Programs

Looks like you already have the product installed and you can only manage it via the control panel.
If you want to install it again you need to give it a different instance name

I have uninstall all the components which i have installed for sql server 2005. eventho same thing happen, i done uninstall in c drive also .below error am getting........
The fallowing componets that you choose to install are allready installed on machine
.sql server data base services 9.00.1399.06
.Work station components, online and devlopment 9.00.1399.06

Then the uninstall hasn't uninstalled properly, re-run the uninstaller via the add remove programs.
Failing that format the machine and rebuild from the OS up, or install SQL with a different instance name.
