Whenever I click on New Query window by default " Begin Transaction Rollback" statement appears..
How to remove this..
Is there need to make changes in setting for it?

seems you installed ,some third party tool .

I'm guessing SSMS tools is installed as this is standard behaviour for this 3rd party tool,
Do you have a menu item called SSMS Tools in SSMS? If you do goto it and look for New Query Template, then select options you should see a single table with the Template text, here you can disable it if you want to.
