Dear All,
I'm new to SSRS 2008. I created one report using Report Wizard in SSRS. I build that report it gives success message. But i deployed it throws an error like "You don't have enough permission to do that". But I'm only using that system in administrator mode. Should i install IIS for to run my Report in localhost..
Please anyone tell me how to do that..

You only need IIS for SSRS 2005, not 2008.
Launch Internet Explorer as an Administrator (right click on the icon and choose Run As Administrator). That might fix the issue.

When you deploy your report, don't forget you must set up its security so that end-users can run it.
