Linked server to Sybase from SQL2008R2

    Hi,

    Does anybody know how can I create a linked server to Sybase from SQL008R2?

    I don't even see the provider, which provider should I install and from where?

    I would appericate if someone also will send me the create script...

    Install the Sybase ODBC drivers to your SQL server, create a DSN on the SQL server to Sybase, then use the standard ODBC driver type in the linked server configuration.

    Thanks for the super fast answer... but...

    I created the ODBC system DSN and now I want to create the linked server.

    Which paramerters should I type in the text boxes:

    product Name, Data Source, Provider string etc.

    Where do I need to type the user & password?

    Just need to specify the DSN in the Data Source and UID and PWD go in the security screen
