Have you downloaded and installed the adobe flash player plug-in (Active X plug in) for whatever browser you might be using?
If Internet Explorer - you can down load from:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/
If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
