Monitor Database and Log Growth

  • I want to run this script on the server itself. I don't have a SQL Server for administrative purposes. Can I adapt this script for this purpose or is this not recommended?

    To be honest, if you don't have the access on a server to do this, then you probably don't have a good reason to do this because you're not the DBA.

    That being said, if you're not the DBA, why would you need to do this?
