We have a reporting services solution that we deploy to various users. We are now looking to rollout the solution to our Citrix users. However when they connect to the website it is trying to download the single click report builder. The user rights are stopping this from happening. Does anyone have any info on what we need to authorise to allow Reporting Services to be available to Citric users ?

I recall the first time you access a Citrix server, you can allow access to your local files.
You might have them delete your profile on the server and see if the screen comes up the first time you log in.
Probably your Citrix Administrator would be your best bet for help. Not sure if Report Builder is trying to access your C drive, or the server drive.

Are you trying to have the Citrix users run the report builder off of the Citrix boxes?
If that's the case you should work with your Citrix admin to get the software installed on those servers, and also ensure that it is added to the default profile so that everyone can work with it.
