I am in a development environment and I am trying to setup Database Replication in SQL Server 2008 R2.

I want to put the Distributor on a separate server, but I do not have Active Directory in the development environment.

Is it possible to setup a remote distributor without active directory?
I haven't been able to get it set up with local accounts yet.....
