How to Start/Stop SQL Server Services in Two Node Active/Passive Cluster environment?

Maintenance activity involves to stop both the nodes (Two Node - Active/Passive) in the cluster environment. Please advice on Step by Step process of Stopping and Restarting SQL Server Services. I mean to make Cluster environment as it was.

I think you can open "cluadmin.msc" and take it offline...

Yes. It is SQL Server 2008 R2 Cluster. If we make Services under "Services and Applications" offline, Will that enough?
After maintenance activity, Do I need to work on anything else apart from making Services Online under "Services and Applications"?

Any other changes required Under Nodes or Networks in "Failover Cluster Manager"?. Please let me know. Thanks
