I have a report request that is to show when equipment is in use and not. I want to try and display this in a visual way.
My idea (if possible) is to have
Equipment going down the page
Across the page show time slots starting at 9am and ending at 5pm. with 15 minute intervals. I always want to show all the times, even when the equipment is not in use. Then for each booked our range show which person has it.
I've googled around and looked at range charts and have a loose example of what I want to achieve
The issue with the above example is that it shows as a new line if you like the person who has the equipment. If possible I would like it on one line showing the gaps in the timeline where it is not in use as I think this will be much, much clearer.
