Multiple subscribers for one publication

    I have two subscribers pulling from a single publication. I need to create a third subscriber. I would like to know if it would be better to add a third subscriber to the single publication or create another publication with the same articles as the first.

    I would think just creating a new subscriber to the existing publication is better.

    That is, if the articles being published are what you want on the 3rd subscriber.

    If it is not necessary to keep the 3rd subscriber synchronized then you could also run a SSIS package one or more times a day to update it.

    The third subscriber is for reporting so it has to be synchronized.
