Hi,
I am in desperate need of some help with a problem I am having.
SQL Server 2005 named instance on a cluster.
I was working on testing some audit triggers and there must have been a syntax error because now I can't login with any account.
I have managed to disable the cluster, stop SQL Server and restart from the command line in single user mode. However, I am unable to connect to it using SQLCMD as it says that remote connections are not possible. I am unable to configure remote connections as it times out.
So basically I am stuffed at the moment and unable to recover access to this instance to remove the problem trigger.
Anyone got any workarounds? Getting desperate now 🙁

This is now resolved.
Managed to start SQL Server in single user access mode and login using named pipes through SSMS. Removed the offending trigger and bobs your uncle.
