Just like in the encircled part in the image below I also want to be able to add a "row" and "column" to a tablix, how can I do such?

I can merge cells (columns) but I can't figure out how did they add the "Hospital" and "Patient" cells below the "Benefit Claim" cell?

Thanks for any info.

Can't you just right click on the tablix and add the row; and then right click on the row and say add column (to left or right)?

I must be missing something in the questions.

Looking at the image it appears that the cell in question has a table embedded in it which has a header and one row with 2 columns.
