2005 uninstall after 2012 install ?

  Setting up a new VM for development (I had to drop back to Visual Stdio 2008 to support an older project). I had installed SS 2012 and all is fine. I was putting VS 2008 on, and normally, I'd elect NOT to install SS 2005 express, which is automatic with the VS 2008 installation. Sipped past me this time and it's on there now.

  I can't say that it's hurting anything - just bugs me a little, being there. Can 2005 be removed without any impact, or will it create a mess. No big deal, I can leave it. Just wondering.

  That should work out fine, I think. But take a snapshot of your VM before you go ahead. (If you VM software supports that.)
