HI,

Do I need to configure MSDTC if I only have 2-nodes active-passive setup? Kindly advice

MSDTC is not required in a cluster setup, however functionality that might use it might not be available(like transactional replicational with updatable subscriptions).
Even if not needed, I will implement it regardless, as it will consume little system resources, and might be required in the future.
