I am getting error ,when i click the operator to send to mail ...

"Error 22022: SQLServerAgent Error: The SQLServerAgent mail session is not running; check the mail profile and/or the SQLServerAgent service startup account in the SQLServerAgent Properties dialog."


I am using sql server 2000 sp 4 and windows 2000 server ..


Please anyone help me..

Note: it is running last year 2012, after that they changed exhange server to cloud , it is coming error..
