I have a vb.net application using SQL database,
I have installed SQL Server 2008 on Server but server does not perform fast and getting timeout message.
Give me a solution.

This is not much to go on.
What investigations have you done?
> Have you checked the network?
> Have you checked load on the server?
> Have you tried isolating what exactly is slow?
> Have you checked the indexes / statistics on your database(s)?

We are all volunteers on this site. Without at least some semblance of investigation performed by yourself, it becomes very difficult for us to help you.

2)sql/winodows server configuration
3)which query getting performance issue
4)what is the output off ping IP

this application run properly on other normal PC
it indicates there might be nothing to do with Sql server as if sql server behaves abnormally (slowness) it more or less affect the all the system wih are using that application (or related sql server).
