Hello All,

We have a replication job which was configured some time back.I could see some tables sysarticles, syssubscriptions, sysreplservers related to the replication process on our default filegroup. We are planning to move the tables in the default file group to a different file group.Kindly let me know whether the replication process will get affected if i move these tables to a different filegroup.

Your help would be appreciated.

This should not cause an issue, but you should definitely test a change like this before executing it in production.
