We are setting up a Transactional Replication and we are having some issues with an indexed view that slows down the initial snapshot. I read here that we could replicate the indexed view as table, so we are trying to do that, but the Indexed View is not replicated.
Can you tell me if it is still possible in Sql Server 2008 or do we need another approach?
The problem is the indexes we have in the Indexed View, another solution is to disable all the indexes and rebuild the indexes at the end of the initial snapshot.
The databases are not identical, we are only replicating some articles between them.
